Finally finished season 16, or 2 or what you called it, of Degrassi yesterday and I just can't believe it ended with that awful clffhanger! Did approve f that. If something happens to Triles I will never forgive Stefan Brogren! But I also want to give the new character Vijay Maraj (Dante Scott) some love! A new gay character who is ttally cute and fun! I am hoping for a romance for him for next season. But not with Miles. Or with Tristan. Been there done that. They were quite cute as long as it lasted (for about two seconds) but it didn't really work. They were just not Triles. Triles is my addiction right now. Makes me almost want to be a teenager again, but a male gay one this time!

Triles 4-ever

About a year and a half ago I got my heart broken when Stefan Brogren and the Degrassi team broke up Triles Such a heartbreak!  I totally lost interest for Degrassi and stopped watching it. I've been waiting anxiously for Triles to get back together but nothing. And everybody out there seemed to be Matlinsworth (Maya Matlin and Miles Hollingsworth) shippers. And seriously, I have never seen so much hate out there but when it comes to Triles/Matlinsworth! Theres A LOT of people out there who absolutely detest both Triles and Tristan! I just don't get that. I love both. And really, people get really abusive and agressive when responding to Tristan shippers in social media. So, I kind of let that ship go, because I didn't believe something so detested could be resurrected. But then a photo appeared which got my hope up...

Isn't that cute? They seem really cosy and I thought at least they are good friends again... And also, Degrassi transformed again from Degrassi: the next generation to Degrassi: next class and also Degrassi got to Netflix. So I thought about start watching it again. And I still do follow the officiall Degrassi account on Instagram. So I was thinking about taking it up again. I never really got over Triles and I still love both Tristan and Miles. Especially Tristan. He's kind of the gay best friend I never had. Or, I did have a gay best friend when I was a teenager, but that was years ago and I need one now!

Triles yet again!

So, yesterday I got to see this! Why hasn't anyone told me they are back together?! I was so happy i started watching it right away! Well, I didn't want to start up again with the break up, and that's where I stopped back then, so I started from the beginning. I found a great uploader on youtube who have the whole story and right now I'm almost jut about to start watching on Netflix. And I can't wait! Tristan Milligan and Miles Hollingsworth III - welcome back in my life!

And BTW - I love Tristan's new haircolour!

Triles yet again?

So, there will be another Degrassi season. It starts January 4th and this weekend this photo showed up on instagram! Oh, how would I love if Triles got reunited! Miles Holloingsworth and Tristan Milligan was so cute when they dated briefly in the beginning of the 14th season but it ended almost faster than it started. What a shame! I loved Triles so much! And this photo gives me hope again! But if I'm going to be honest, I don't think they will get back together again. I actually think that they will be just friends. Miles seems to be a classical Christian Mann guy, that is a straight guy who falls in love with one guy and one guy only. But I would have loved it if I were wrong! So come Stefan Brogren, don't make us disappointed here!

A disappointment

I am really disappointed in Degrassi. When I started watching it i season 14 I loved it straight away. I watched the Triles storyline on youtube to catch up and then continued season 14, but realized that it wasn't enough for me. I started waching the whole season 13 and realized that I really loved it and was thinking of research if there is a way to watch from the first season. But then I saw in Instagram that they broke up Triles. Really? Did they get about three episodes together or what. And now it seems like Miles is going to go back to Maya. I am so disappointed! Why make a straight guy pansexual just to make him straight again? I really hope that there will be a Triles ending because I think the series need that storyline. I know that it has been done before, I mean straight guy falls for gay guy, it ends of any reason and straight guy goes back to girls only (Christian in Verbotene Liebe and Deniz in Alles Was Zählt are two great examples), but I am not sure if Degrassi has done it before. Besides, I think that Eric Osborne (Miles) and Lyle Lettau (Tristan) has amazing chemistry and who would not want to see that? And also, I don't like Maya.

Since I'm in a period of wanting to watch new storylines I started another. I started watching the Tristan and Miles (Triles) storyline from the canadian series Degrassi, or Degrassi: the next generation as it was called up to the ninth season. The series is about the Degrassi Community school, so it is about young kids. I might not be the target group of that kind of series anymore, but if there is a gay couple you ca count me in. The Degrassi lovebirds are Tristan Milligan (Lyle Lettau) who is a very blond openly gay teenager who just started dating his friend Miles Hollingsworth (Eric Osborne) who is not openly gay. But they are open about their relationship so I guess Miles is a pansexual. I think it is very sympathetically with pansexuals. I really think we all are pansexuals when it comes to the crunch. And Miles and Tristan are sweet as cotton candy, so I really do recommend that storyline. I recommend all gay storylines actually. Even the boring and unhappy ones. We all do need a little bit of gay love in our lives.
