Yay! There will be a second season of Sense8, and hopefully there will be even more! The Wachowski's have told us that they have a 5 season plan and hopefully Netflix is up for that, bcause if there are a five season story to tell, we just have to see that! After so many of my favourite series has been cancelled this is good news indeed!
Alfonso Herrera as Hernando & Miguel Ángel Silvestre as Lito.
I just can't wait to see more of Wolfgang, Riley, Will and the others, and I am so excited to see more of Lito and Hernando! And did I mention Wolfgang? Well, yes I did, but Max Riemelt is just so amazing! Hopefully more Sense8 won't delay Freier Fall 2, which I really really hope will come true! More Max Riemelt to the people!
So, I fanally got to see Sense8, after everyone else... And how amazing that series was! I was just spellbound by it, every minute! I mean, the series contains everything! Not just a tranny lesbian and some gangbang in a pool, but of course, also a gay couple.
Alfonso Herrera & Miguel Ángel Silvestre.
That's Lito and Hernando. Lito Rodriguez (Miguel Ángel Silvestre), he's the sensate (mentally and emotionally connected) is an actor, makes mostly telenovelas, and he always plays quite matcho men. But he is also gay. And VERY closetered. And living in mexico City. Hernando (Alfonso Herrera) is his boyfriend, and I don't really know what he do. That is not important. But they are very cute and very in love.
Max Riemelt.
Another very positive thing about the series is that Max Riemelt plays one of the leading parts. Yeas, I do mean Kay in Freier Fall. In this series, he is straight, but that doesn't stop him from having an orgy with two other men, one of them Lito, and a trans woman. That scene was so memorable! Not just because there was an orgy.
Max Riemelt, aka Wolfgang in the famous orgy.
But it was not really "real". You have to see yourself to understand. And this is what is just so great about Sense8. I just love all of the parallell happenings, happening att the same time, with people being both here and there. It is just so very well done! And to be honest, the orgy is great, but this is my favourite scene from the entire series:
So, as I alway say, if you haven't seen Sense8 yet, please do! It is just brilliant! And very LGBT-friendly. Thank you Netflix and the Wachowski siblings for this treasure! It just have to be a season 2! And 3! And 4 and 5. Just do it!
Ok, are you kidding me! There might actually be a Freier Fall 2! Freier Fall is one of my absolute favourite movies and I have been loning for a sequal forever! Ok, not forever but since last year when I saw the first one. I really hope that we will get to see Hanno Koffler and Max Riemelt as Marc and Kay again! Please go to the official Freier Fall 2 facebook page and support the cause. It is absolutely crucial!
Any reader of thos blog would guess that I especially like German soap gays. It's quite obvious. And lately I've seen a couple of German movies with a gay theme starring the lovely Hanno Koffler. And they both were amazing.
Hanno Koffler and Max Riemelt.
Freier Fall (Free fall) 2013
This is a quite dark movie but oh so beautiful! It's quiet and a bit low, but in the same time brutal and passionate. Hanno Koffler and Max Riemelt is playing the policemen Marc and Kay who start one of those "can't live with, can't live without" relationships that just tear you apart. The actors are really good and the colours and the filming is divine. You really need to watch this!
Malte kissing Schorschi.
Sommersturm (Summer storm) 2004
This movie contents a younger hanno Koffler, but still gay. In Sommersturm though he plays a supporting roll in a rowing camp. This movie is about the teenager Tobi (Robert Stadlover) who is in love with his best friend Achim (Kostja Ullman). When they go to a rowing camp and meet a gay rowing team the tingle begins. Hanno Koffler plays the gay rower Malte who is both adorable and a bit of a player. Even though the story with Tobi and his love for Achim is nice, it is really Malte who is the star of the movie, according to me. But I love all the actors. You really need to see this to!
